Access: Get off at Suruga Tokuyama Station/駿河徳山駅 along the Ooigawa Railway Line/大井川鉄道. 10 minutes on foot.
GYOKURO NO SATO/GYORYOKU TEA VILLAGE/玉露の里
Location: 421-1115 Shizuoka Prefecture, Fujieda City, Okabe Cho, Shintan, 1214-3
Access: first get off at Fujieda JR Station north exit and go to bus platform No 2. Board a Shizutetsu Just Bus (しずてつジャストライン) Chuubu Kokudou Line (中部国道線) and get off at Fujieda Shi Okabe Shisho Mae bus stop (藤枝市岡部支所前). 24 minutes. Transfer to a Jishu Unkou Bus (自主運行バス), Asahina Line (朝比奈線) and get off at Gyokuro No Sato Bus Stop (玉露の里). 14 minutes. 1 minute on foot. Bear in mind that Asahina Line buses are few, only 8 between 08:03 and 18:52 on week days, and only 5 between 10:00 and 16:00 on week ends.
Registered in the Guinness Book Of Records as the longest pedestrian wooden bridge in the World!

KAWANE HOT SPRING-FUREAI NO iZUMi/川根温泉・ふれあいの泉

Access: get off at Kawane Onsen Sasamdo Station/川根温泉笹間渡 along the Ooigawa railway Line/大井川鉄道. 3 minutes walk from station.
OCHA NO SATO & OCHA NO SATO MUSEUM/お茶の郷・お茶の郷博物館
Location: The Tea Musuem/Ochanosato, 3053-2, Kanaya, Shimada Shi, Shizuoka Ken, 428-0022 Japan
Opening hours: Museum, 09:00~17:00, Tea room, 09:30~16:00
Closed every Tuesday (the following day when Tuesday is a National Holiday), December 29th~January 3rd.
Parking: free of charge for 9 large buses and 90 cars.
Access: Get off at Kanaya Station. 30 minutes on foot. Ocha no Sato does have a community bus (5 minutes) but hours are irregular. Call beforehand to check!

RENGEIJI POND PARK/蓮華寺池公園

Access: Get off Fujieda JR Station north exit and go to bus platform No 2. Board a Shizutetsu Just Line bus (しずてつジャストライン）either on Chuubu Kokusen Line (中部国線) or Hanashi Line (葉梨線) and get off at Rengeiji Ike Kouen Iriguchi (蓮華寺池公園入口). 30 minutes. 10 minutes walk.
SHIMADA CENTRAL PARK-ROSES HILL PARK/島田中央公園・ばらの丘公園

Access: Get off at Shimada JR Station/島田JR駅 exit and go to bus platform No 2. Board a Shimada Community Bus (島田コミュニティバス) on the Oozu Line (大津線) and get off at Chuuouu Kouen Bara no Oka Kouen (中央公園・ばらの丘公園）bus stop. 10 minutes. 1 minute walk.
Location: 〒421-0422 Shizuoka Prefecture, makinohara city, Shizunami
Access: Either get off at Fujieda JR Station/藤枝JR駅 south exit and go to bus platform No 5. Board a Shizutestu Just Line Bus (シズテツジャストライン) on the Fujieda Sagara Line (藤枝相良線) and get off at Shizunami Kaigan Iriguchi (静波海岸入口). 45 minutes. 5 minutes walk.
Or get off at Shizuoka JR Station/静岡JR駅 north exit and go to platform No 11. Board a Shizutetsu Just Line (シズテツジャストライン) on the Tokkyuu Shizuoka Sagara Line (特急静岡相良線) and get off hizunami Kaigan Iriguchi (静波海岸入口). 55 minutes. 5 minutes walk..
